Roti With Rice

 

Ingredient:

  • rice flour-1 1/2 cup
  • green chillies -2tsp
  • garlic/ grated-2tsp.
  • cooked rice-4 tbsp.
  • curd-3 tbsps
  • Oil-as requirement
  • Salt

Method:

  • Add all ingredient  and make smooth dough.
  • Make all dough in to 6 pieces and roll out in round shape.
  • Heat  tava  put roti on tava and cook both side with few amount of  oil.when it look little brown remove from the flame.
  • Do his with all the pieces.
  • your rice roti is ready

Khichdi with Sabudana Indian Recipe | Cooking Experience

 

kichadi with sabudhana

 Ingredients for kichadi with sabudhana  :

  • Sabudhana  - 2 cup
  • Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup coarsely grind
  • Potato  - 1
  • Carrot-1
  • Capsicum -1
  • Green peas –1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1/2 chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ghee - 2 tblsp
  • Turmeric- 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 6
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro - handful
  • Green chillies - 2-3 finely chopped

Method for kichadi with sabudhana  :

  • Wash sabudhana   and soak for hole night.
  • Again wash sabudana  before use.
  • Now heat ghee in pressure cooker and add Cumin seeds ,Curry leaves,Mustard seeds
  • When seeds start splutter add green chilli and onion.
  • when onion turn to brown  add  Potato , Carrot, Capsicum , Green peas till completely cooked.
  • Add sabudhana salt and turmeric.reduce the heat and cook it covered for about 3 minutes. No water is needed. The water that the sabudhana must have absorbed during soaking is sufficient to cook it.
  • Now add  the  grinded peanuts and mix well.
  • Finally add Cilantro and cook for  5-8 minutes.
  • Remove from the flame.
  • Sabudana kichadi is ready to serve.

Indian Egg paratha (Ande ka paratha) Recipe | Cooking Method

 

Ingredient:

  • Wheat flour -2 cup
  • Green chilli-1 tsp finely chopped
  • Onion-1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Eggs-4
  • Coriander leaves-3 tsp finely chopped
  • Salt –as requirement
  • Oil-as requirement
  • Water-as requirement

Method:

Take Wheat flour and make a smooth dough with water.

Leave this for 30 minutes .

Beat all the eggs in a large boule .

Add   coriander leaves, onion, green chilli,  and salt and Stir well.

Heat oil in a pan and add egg mixture  cook it’s omlate  .

Finely Chopped the omlate .  

Now take dough and divide it in 5 small pieces. 

Take a ball  and roll it like puri and put chopped omlate in between puti  and close it  and now rollout it like paratha.

Now heat tava, put on it . Shallow fry with oil until light brown and than remove from the flame. do same with all the balls..

Your paratha is ready to serve.

How to make Vegetable Momos at home | Cooking Method for Vegetable Momos

 

Vegetable Momos 

    Ingredient for  Vegetable Momos :

  • Maida(Flour ) -1 cup
  • Onion -1
  • Cabbage –1
  • Beans
  • Carrot -1
  • Capsicum-1
  • Paneer/soyabean -250 gm.
  • Ginger paste  -1/2 tsp
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce-2 tsp
  • Vinegar-1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp

For Chutnay:

  • Red chilli-6
  • Garlic-6flakes
  • Little amount of vinegar

Method for Vegetable Momos :

  • Add maida ,water, baking powder, and make  smooth dough.leave it for overnight.
  • Take all the vegetables and grind it ( Onion ,Cabbage ,Beans ,Carrot ,

              Capsicum, Paneer)

  • Heat oil in a pan and add all the grind vegetable and also add red chilli powder , , salt,soya sauce & vinegar and mix all.
  • Now take maida and prepare  it like puri  .
  • And mean while put vegetable mixture  in between puri and close it like gujhiya.
  • Steam it for 15 –20 minutes. prepare  all maida like it .
  • Your momos are ready

        Method for Chutnay:

  • Take garlic , red chilli and vinegar .
  • Grind these all

Now momos serve with chutnay.

Banana Vegetable In Indian Style - Indian recipes(Kele Ki Sabji)

Ingredient

  • Raw Banana-6
  • Oil-1tbsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Green chilli-1 choped
  • Curd-1tsp
  • Coriander  leaves –2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice-1 tsp
  • Curry leave-1 stalk
  • Cumin seeds-1tsp
  • Salt

 

Method To Cook:

Start with peel off the banana and cut it in the  round small pieces .

Take salted water that enough to deep the  all banana pieces. When banana is  get dissolve after   5 min drain the water.

In other pan  boil the water  and add the banana  after that turmeric.  Let it boil till it is  until it turn it’s tender but not it mashed.

Now drain the water and let banana cool.

In banana add curd  salt and some turmeric again mix it well.

In a pan heat the oil and add cumin seeds and curry leave let the  cumin seeds splutter.when it start splutter add banana.

Add 1 cup of water cook for 5 min.

Add lemon  juice and garnish with  coriander leaves. now your vegetable is ready  too serve. Serve it hot with paratha

Mutter Aur Mushroom ki Subzi(Mushroom And Pea Recipe )

Ingredient

  • Pea(Mutter)-1 cup
  • Tomato-6 medium size
  • Onion-2 medium size
  • Mushroom- 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric powder-1tsp
  • Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  • Green chilli-1 chopped
  • Cumin seeds-1tsp
  • Curry leave-1 stalk
  • Ginger paste –1 tsp
  • Oil- 1tbsp
  • Salt
  • Garam masala –1tsp

Method

First cut the mushroom in small pieces and also onion.

In a pan take 2 or as requirement  cup of water to boil the tomato  and  remove the tomato skin.

Now heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds , onion curry leave ,ginger paste  and green chilli.when onion is looks little brown add the turmeric ,red chilli powder and tomato .

Fry it until it separate the oil .

Now add the pea and mushroom. add as requirement of water. and cook it for 15-20 minutes.

After that  remove the flame  and serve it hot.

Make Cold Coffee at Home

 

Cold coffee 

Ingredient

  • cold milk- 6cup
  • water-1 cup
  • coffee powder –7tbsp
  • Cream- 5tbsp
  • sugar-4tbsp
  • crushed ice

Method

Boil the water and  mix the sugar and coffee powder.let it cool.

Add milk with coffee mixture and blend it for few seconds.

In this mixture add cream and ice. and again  blend it for few seconds.

serve it chilled .

How to make AAM(Mango) ka Sharbat at home

 

If  you want to serve some desert than try it in summer season.

it is a sweet and sour drink.

Ingredient for AAm Ka Sharbat:

  1. Raw mango(hara Aam) – 1kg
  2. Roosted cumin powder(bhuna jeera powder) – 2 tsp
  3. Black peppercorn powder( kali mirch powder)-1 tsp
  4. Sugar powder    -1 cup
  5. Lemon- 2
  6. Salt – to test
  7. Mint leaf
  8. Rock salt(sendha namak)-to test

Method:

  • Boil mango and peel it after that extract the pulp.
  • Cut the lemon in round slices.
  • Grind some mint leaf.
  • Mix all as mango pulp,salt ,rock salt, cumin powder, black peppercorn powder, sugar powder in chilled water.
  • Put it in to 4 serving glass.
  • Garnish it with lemon slice and mint leaf.

Potato ,Cauliflower and Pea Vegetable(Aloo ,Gobhi aur Matar ki Sabji)

 

Last week i cooked a Aloo Gobhi and Matar ki sabji, Here is full details to cook it.

Ingredients for this subji:

Cauliflower(gobhi) in peaces – 1 medium

potato(alou) in pices-2 midium

Green peas(hara matar)-1 cup

Cumin seeds(sabut jeera)-1 tsp

Ginger(adarak) paste-1 tsp

Garlic(lahsun) paste-1 tsp

Coriander(dhaniya) powder-2 tsp

Red chilli powder-1/2tsp

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Tomato puree-1/4 cup

oil -2 tbsp

Salt

Garam masala-1 tsp

Dry mango powder (amchur)-1/2 tsp

Green chilli, slit-1

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped-1 tbsp

 

Method to Cook it:

Heat  oil in a fry pan and add cumin seeds.

When they splutter  add ginger paste and garlic paste.

when garlic change it’s colour Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Sauté for half a minute. Add cauliflower florets, green peas,potato, half a cup of water and tomato puree.

Add salt and mix.

Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring .

Add garam masala powder and amchur and mix.

Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves and serve hot.
