Ingredient For Badshahi Home Made Fruit Chutney:
- Raw Mangoes chopped - 250 gm.
- Apples-250 gm.
- Raisins -4 tsp
- Almonds blended -9
- Green cardamoms crushed-4
- Red chilli pepper –1/2tsp
- Vinegar -1 cup
- Garlic-4 cloves
- Ginger-1 tsp
- Sugar –1 3/4cup
- Salt -3 tsp
- Water-1 cup
Method For Badshahi Home Made Fruit Chutney :
- Take a pan and put apples ,mango, garlic , ginger and water to .
- Cook it till water is absorbed in it.
- After that add vinegar,almonds, sugar, red chilli powder, cardamoms and raisins and cook it . when it is become thick put off the flame.
- This chutney is ready.if you want than you can store in air tight jar .
