Festival Calibration with Indian Thandai Recipe

 

Indian Thandai Recipe

Ingredient For Indian Thandai Recipe:

  • Milk –1 1/4ltr
  • Water-3 cup
  • Fennel Seed (Saunf)-2 1/2 tsp
  • Whole Cloves (Lavang)-6
  • Chopped Pistachio (Pista)-1/4th cup
  • Raisins (Kishmish)-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Seed (Elaichi)-1tsp
  • Chopped almond(Badam)-3/4 cup
  • Roasted and powdered Saffron (Kesar)  -1/4th tsp
  • Sunflower seeds -1/4th cup

Method For Indian Thandai Recipe :

  • Take water and add Fennel Seed,Cloves . put on the flame and boil it  for 5 min. after that remove from flame .let it cool for 15 min.
  • In this mixture add raisins, pistachios,almonds and melon seeds, sunflower seeds . put  a side for 1 1/2 hour
  • This mixture placed into a blender and blende until it smooth .
  • Pour the whole liquid in a jug. 
  • Boil 2 tblsp of milk and  saffron.
  • Combine all the made ingredient as  dry fruit mixture saffron milk and rest milk and let it chilled
  • Serve chilled.
